- A comprehensive renovation, reconstruction and change of purpose of the building under consideration are envisaged. The perimeter walls and the existing roof on the part of the two -story roof will be preserved. The existing roof will be removed and the lower roof will be overpaid. The interior walls and floor panels will be completely removed, with only one interior intermediate wall. The building will perform AB prefabricated skeletal construction, which will gain additional mezanin above the larger part of the ground floor.
