Title: Rental of 2 electrical locomotives for a period of 24 months
REFERENCE NUMBER: JN-1263 (26/2021/08) Contract Type: Services
Description: Lokomotives that are subject to rental must have valid type approval for Slovenia and Austria. Lokomotives must have valid operating licenses for driving throughout Slovenia and Austria.
Lokomotives must be equipped for driving international passenger trains (UIC connection, energy cable, folding of the EP brake on wagons).
The offered towing vehicles must be produced after 2010. Lokomotives should be ES64U4 (such as 541 in Slovenia, type 1216 in Austria) or Vectron (as a species 1293 in Austria, type 193 in Germany).
The organization and costs of maintaining locomotives are borne by the landlord, and in terms of their maintenance, it shall be operatively coordinated with the landlord Lokomotives must be technically impeccable (with the prescribed control checks or audits) and ready for use.
Lokomotives must be dedicated to the contracting authority to use or hire in Ljubljana (train station).
The beginning of the lease is scheduled in July 2021.
