- The subject of the procurement is the rental of the automated laboratory system (ALS) for the implementation of hematology investigations (hereinafter referred to as equipment), with associated software and other equipment, complete preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment (all inclusive), and allConsumer materials for the implementation of all tendered investigations in the field of hematology for a period of seven (7) years. The tenderer provides the contracting authority the equipment for a period of seven (7) years. The contracting authority will pay a flat monthly rent to the tenderer for renting the equipment. The provider in the amount of rent is to compare the costs for allThe required elements for the implementation of the subject of the contract (as required in the specification form and in the remaining relevant works of the tender documentation), except for the consumable material for the implementation of all tendered investigations in the field of hematology. Consumable material will be paid by the contracting authority to the tenderer regardingto actual consumption, where the contracting authority does not commit the entire quantities to be ordered.
