- The subject of the contract includes all activities for the preparation and audit of the project documentation of the project "Construction of the new main bus station Ljubljana with business premises and parking lot-Northern Terminal", namely:
-s-Receneration and Audit of Project Documentation for the Building for the Buildingand the arrangement of open surfaces (PZI for building and open surfaces)
-s-Receneration of project documentation for interior equipment (PZI for interior equipment)
subscriber shall order a professional examination (review) of the documentation defined in the subject of the contract, determining the compliance of the documentation contentWith applicable legal and by -law regulations, standards and norms, and good engineering practice, recommended technical solutions to meet the essential requirements for design, construction and maintenance of facilities, and optimize a selection of materials, management and maintenance,Therefore, the control of the correctness of the solutions from the technical, technological and financial point of view.
Skill of the order review should include:
- verification of the entire project documentation and all plans (technical report, drawings,…) with an emphasis on the processing of details, links to existing and planned arrangements(adjacent low and high construction) and existing and intended communal infrastructure, etc.,
