On the basis of the first indent of the first paragraph of Article 45 of the Regulation on the method of performing the economic public service public scheduled passenger transport in internal road transport, on the concession of this public service and on the regulation of the single ticket system (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 109/21, 181/21 , 54/22 - ZUJPP and 56/22) client exaja public procurement for the selection of concessionaires for the implementation of the commercial public service public scheduled passenger transport in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
