- The subject of the public contract is the administrative and consulting services of doctors for the needs of ZZZS in 2024, namely the services of performing the tasks of the appointed doctor from Article 81 of the Act on Health Care and Health Insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 72/06 with all subsequent amendments, belowalso as: "ZZVZZ"), performing the tasks of a doctor - a member of the health commission from Article 82 of the ZZVZZ, performing the tasks of an expert doctor from Article 258 of the Rules of Compulsory Health Insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/94 with all further amendments, hereinafter also as: "Rules of the OZZ"), which gives iSwedish opinion at the request of an official of the ZZZS, when the latter decides on the basis of Articles 81, 82 or 84 of the ZZVZZ or in the case of exceptional approvals based on the Rulebook on more precise conditions and a more precise procedure on exceptional approval of medicine, food for special medical purposes, dietary supplement , dermisof a Tolog product, medical device or healthcare service.
