Description:
The subject of the contract is the choice of the most favorable provider for the provision of services related to septic tanks and small municipal wastewater treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as MCC) to 50 PE, namely the pick -up and surrender of septic tanks and mud mcache capacity of up to 50 PE in the municipality of Apache. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the successful tenderer. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the conclusion of the contract. The contract includes the provision of services related to existing and non -existent septic tanks, and MCPC, namely the pumping and removal of the MCCP and the sludge of the MCRC to 50 PE. Services are provided throughout the municipality of Apache. Part of the acquired sludge and sludge MCRC up to 50 PE is surrendered to the wastewater treatment plant managed by the client - KCN Apache, which is located on plot no. 92/2 k.o. Segovci in the municipality of Apache. The provider is obliged to provide a legitimate transferee for the rest of the Box. The Bidder should therefore also offer the price of picking up septic tanks and mulch MCP to 50 PE, including surrender to another municipal wastewater treatment plant or plant (eg biogas plant), which has a permit for processing. The bid must be attached to the supporting documents from which it is indicated that the septic tank or maccodes of the MCRC may be processed on the device or ....
