- The subject of the procurement is the built-in, reconstruction and comprehensive energy rehabilitation of the Karl Destovnik-Kajuh Šoštanj Elementary School. Due to the need for concomitant operation of an existing school building, which is attended by approx. 800 students and 70 employees, as well as the intended longer period of time, is to carry out the intended interventions of reconstruction, annexation and energy rehabilitation of the Karl Destovnik-Kajuh Elementary School in 4 phases. Each phase represents a functionally completed whole for itself, so that it is enabled by gradual adaptation, rehabilitation and reconstruction of each phase, which is technically inspected and surrendered after completion. In this way, part of the students can simultaneously use the school building in the lamella, which is structurally dilated and separated from the part of the building on which the planned interventions will be carried out.
