- The subject of the public procurement is the maintenance of software and hardware, namely:
-external management for the IBM ISP tool,
-purchase of additional licenses and subscriptions and maintenance of the Snow software for software license management,
-external management for the IBM GUARDIUM tool ,
-stmanagement, maintenance and update of ERP SAP system and MS SQL for SAP and maintenance of Cisco network and software and local technical assistance.
Lot 1: External management for the IBM ISP tool for a period of 36 months
The subject of the public procurement is external management for the IBM ISP tool for secureessential data protection (backup) for 36 months
Bundle 2: Purchase of additional licenses and subscriptions and maintenance of the Snow software for managing software licenses for a period of 36 months
The subject of the public procurement is the maintenance of the Snow software for managing software licenseseme Software Asset Management (hereinafter SAM), for a period of 36 months. The subject of the public procurement consists of several interrelated content parts, namely:
-Purchase of additional Snow software licenses for 700 devices
-Subscription to the Snow for SaaS Optimization module for 1100 upusers with implementation
-Maintenance of the existing Snow software and technical support of the manufacturer for a period of 36 months.
-Local technical support and active management of the Snow environment.
-Additional professional technical assistance.
