• Description:
• The customer submits the order in question according to an open procedure, in accordance with Article 40. ZJN-3. The customer wants: • conclude a framework agreement with several economic entities, for a period of 60 months with the possibility of extension, but not more than 12 months, • conclude a framework agreement with providers for whom reasons for exclusion are not given and will meet the conditions for participation, • on the basis of concluding a framework agreement with the selected provider with the most favorable offer, submit the first order or the first actual delivery of cave wood and performance of the service of storage and dispatch of wood for the pit for the planned period of 12 months based on the prices in the offer. The client will assign to the selected providers with whom it has concluded a framework agreement: •individual orders based on the agreement in accordance with the conditions from the framework agreement, • for the scope of the actual goods or the performance of services, which are already known based on the prices from the submitted offer (hereinafter: the first individual order), • for each individual order of the client, presumably every twelve (12) months in the period duration of the framework agreement in accordance with the client's needs (hereinafter: individual order). SUPPLY OF CAVE WOOD The public procurement in question is uniform and covers the supply of goods and services, namely: 1. SUPPLY OF CAVE WOOD 2.
