Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the supply of electricity and thermal energy for the period from 12/01/2026 to 30/06/2030 for the needs of the Trubar Retirement Home Loka pri Zidanem most.
Pursuant to the Regulation on Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 51/17, 64/19 and 121/21), the tenderer is obliged to offer at least 55% of electricity obtained from renewable energy sources (RES) or from cogeneration of electricity (CHP) with high efficiency, as stipulated by the law governing energy.
