• Description:
• The customer announced the process of establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DNS). The public procurement is conducted taking into account the rules of the limited procedure in accordance with Article 41 of ZJN-3 in conjunction with Article 49 of ZJN-3, which regulates DNS and the subject tenders conditions for implementing a dynamic purchasing system. Everything that refers to the offer in this documentation also applies to DNS registration. DNS is a fully electronic ordering method that is available to businesses during the entire validity period entities that meet the conditions for cooperation. The DNS is established for a period of 48 months from the expiry of the first deadline for applications. The subscriber has the right to extend the duration of the DNS or terminate it prematurely at any time in accordance with the applicable legislation. Early termination of the dynamic procurement system does not affect the implementation and completion of already awarded individual public contracts. The customer will publish the notice about the change of DNS validity period on the public procurement portal in accordance with the eleventh paragraph of Article 49 of ZJN-3. Any messaging and the exchange of information within the subject DNS between the client and an economic entity that is interested in accessing the system or is already included in the system, with the exception of notifications (EU forms) and explanations in the first phase, which are published on the public procurement portal and according to the value, also in the Official Journal of the European Union, is carried out as stated in point 3.1. and points 3.2., according to the individual DNS phase.
