Description:
The subject of the contract is the acquisition, transportation and processing at the processing plant approx. 360 tonnes of non -hazardous waste, namely: - approx. 280 tonnes of waste plastic with no. 07 02 13 and 20 01 39; - approx. 20 tonnes of packaging packaging with no. 15 01 02, 15 01 03 and 15 01 04; - approx. 40 tonnes of construction waste with no. 17 04 05, 17 06 04, 17 09 04, 17 02 01 and 17 02 03 and - approx. 20 tonnes of waste iron with no. 20 01 40. Public procurement covers: - Taking waste from parc. no. 178, 336, 338, 623/3 and 339 k. o. 1356 Stolovnik, at Stolovnik 49, 8280 Brestanica and weighing waste; - the transport of waste from the location to the treatment plant where it is disposed of for treatment, in accordance with the regulations governing waste management; - the material processing of waste at the treatment plant under the appropriate recovery process, the result of which is the termination of waste status or other appropriate treatment process (energy treatment, disposal) referred to in Annex 1 or 2 of the waste Regulation.
