- The investor, the municipality of Litija, wants to sanitize the avalanche areas on the road LC 069031 to the 714 m long section with the start of modernization at the arrival for the upper JP 709981 against the house with the house number of the Sevnica 44 and the second part of the route against Railway (nearest house with house number Sevnica 48a). According to GZ (Article 5) and the ZCES-1 (Article 18), modernization is considered as maintenance work in public benefit. The road on the section under consideration takes place in a mixed profile. The rehabilitation of crawl areas is foreseen by removing the avalanche material, the execution of the drainage and with the lining of the bank with a stone in concrete. On the present section, the temporary protection of the road is first established. Excavation is a plazatt part of the earth. Rehabilitation of the bank with stone in concrete is performed: 70% of the natural frost-resistant stone-resistant stone in concrete, resistant to freezing and salt. At the top of the stone mulet, the reinforced concrete crown is performed.
