- The investor Municipality parents, wants to rearrange the existing facility of the local community in the Drava field. The facility stands on the plot with parc.st.1417/2, K.O. 0715 Marjeta on the Drava field. The facility will be able to reconstruct (supervision), change the purpose and energy rehabilitation of the building. In the context of the change in the purpose, the facility is classified partly as public administration buildings (K + P) (12201), partly as a building for culture and entertainment (new mansard) (12610). In the basement of the building, the technical space and the telephone exchange is maintained. They arrange the premises for societies. On the ground floor of the building, the offices and premises of the local community are preserved, the premises of the mail moves into the ground floor of the building by rearranging from the basement. It is planning a new mansard (old is destroyed), to which the multipurpose hall for the needs of societies with associated spaces is placed.
