- The Ministry of Infrastructure, as a contracting authority, establishes an electronic record of basic qualifications (ETKV), covering: - the establishment of a central record of the knowledge tests for obtaining the basic qualifications of drivers, - the exchange of information on the basic qualifications of drivers, regular training with a record of driving licenses (RV) for the further acquisition of the cards on basic qualifications, Enrollment of the European Union code (95) on the driving license, - integration with external systems (eg to obtain drivers and signature capture, ..), - records and printing of certificates and certificates of obtained basic qualification and regular training from the core qualifications with Completed data to the driver - preparation, procurement and service of cards of basic qualifications and integration with the manufacturer of cards of basic qualifications, - electronic international data exchange with the competent authorities of other Member States of the European Union.
