- The Ministry of Infrastructure (hereinafter MZI) establishes an electronic record of basic qualifications (ETCV) as the contracting authority, which will include: - the establishment of a central record of the knowledge tests for obtaining the basic qualifications of drivers, - the exchange of information on the basic qualifications of drivers, regular training with a record of driving licenses (RV) for the further obtaining of the card of driving qualifications, Enrollment of the European Union Code (95) on a driving license, - integration with external systems (eg to obtain photographs of drivers and signature capture, ..), - records and printing of certificates and certificates of obtained basic qualification and regular training from the fundamental qualifications with Completed driver data, - preparation, procurement and service of driver qualification cards and integration with manufacturer of cards of basic qualifications, - electronic international data exchange with the competent authorities of other countries
