- The project includes the construction of a 12-section kindergarten at the Dolenjske Toplice Primary School, in a total laying area of 3,279.86 m2. The project documentation of DGD and PZI was drawn up by the company Mind d.o.o., from Postojna. The building permit was issued by the Novo mesto Administrative Unit, on February 24, 2022, with no. 351-1827/2021-6232-13. The building is designed as an almost non -energy facility with parking in the basement and two floors of casinos. The outdoor playground will be arranged on exterior green areas, as well as an outdoor parking lot as part of the exterior arrangement. The contracting authority in the subject procurement shall take into account the provisions of the Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 51/17, 64/19 and 121/21), in the part relating to: design or construction of buildings, wall panel , joinery, air conditioning, water heaters, space heaters and their combinations and hot water storage tanks, sanitary fittings, flushing toilets and pisoar equipment
