Description:
The subject of the contract is to conclude a framework agreement by reinforcing the competition between parties of the Framework Agreement for the implementation of control under construction Act ((Official Gazette RS, No. 199/21, 105/22 - ZZNSPP; hereinafter: GZ -1) for projects from 10 years Plan of the transmission pipeline network, namely: - implementation of control under GZ -1 and accounting control, - implementation of works and tasks of the Coordinator for Safety and Health at Work in the implementation phase of the project in accordance with the Regulation on the provision of safety and health at work on temporary and movable construction sites (Official Gazette RS, No. 83/05, 43/11 - ZVZD -1; hereinafter: Regulation).
