Description:
The subject of the contract is the development of an information solution for recording special water use, which will enable the establishment of an e -decision system on the ERV, in accordance with the requirements of the Rules on ERV (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 178/20). As part of the assignment, an information system will be established, which will enable the introduction of an electronic decision -making process for the right to EIRV and a new water book for the entry of the EPRV, which will later serve as an upgrade of the existing water book. The newly established information system will, if necessary, serve as a platform for the further modular development of decision-making procedures at the DRSV (E-Raba water).
