- The subject of the contract is the energy rehabilitation of the Radeče Health Center. As part of the project renovated building envelope in a way that new bituminous waterproofing and thermal insulation from XPS in a thickness of 16 cm, drainage around the building is carried out, a floor plate in the attic is lined with 20 cm of new stone wool, and the outer walls are coated and the outer walls are lined They thermally insulate with 16 cm stone wool. The subject of rehabilitation is also part of the building furniture, all the old ALU windows are completely changed, partly with PVC, and partly with new ALU windows, scattering, flushed blinds are replaced. One exterior door will also be changed, with new evacuation and fire doors installed. While existing lighting and current heating mode will not be interfered with, energy monitoring with the central supervisory system will be introduced within the project.
