The subject of the contract is: 1. The review or individual item in Table B shall be based on the authentic accounting documents or other relevant fixed asset documentation, 2. Financial verification of the credibility of the data (the carrying amount of investment investments located in the book of fixed assets of the concessionaire) from Table B for the period from 7.6.1996 (Ownership transformation of Luka Koper) until 31 December 2008, namely: - Table B - Assets in use on Day 31.12.2008 - Table B - Assets in acquisition as at 31 December 2008 - LJP - Table B - Assets in acquisition as at 31 December 2008 - JP3. Verification that the investments in Table B are not financed from port fees.
