- The subject of the contract is: Automation of the Velenje Library, in accordance with the content and technical specifications that are annexed by these tender documents. The subject of the public procurement comprises purchasing and installation: - equipment for self-service refund and rental of material: - a bucket with a sorting line (3 lines) - belt for buffet borrowing (3 pieces) - and counting counters of the counting (installations are already ready). The subject of the public procurement also includes: - programming of equipment on the existing equipment of the client, - the start of the equipment, - the implementation of training for the use of a system of at least 13 employees with the subscriber (8 hours); - maintenance of the purchased and installed equipment for a period of three (3) years from the signing of a premise record or minutes of the elimination of possible defects. The delivery time and installation of the subject of the contract is 40 days since the conclusion of the contract.
