Description:
The subject of the contract is the acquisition, transport and recovery of a mixture of waste with classification number 19 12 11* - other waste (including mixtures of materials) containing hazardous substances from mechanical waste treatment from the Volčja Drago location. The waste is a mixture of minced electrical cables in the form of granulate, which are stored in Big Bag bags on the location. The estimated amount of waste located at the location is approx. 2,300.00 tons. The public contract covers: - the acquisition of waste, in accordance with Article 4 of the Waste Decree (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 44/2022, hereinafter: "Waste Regulation") from the location of the Draga Volčje and the weighing of waste; - the transport of waste from the location to the recovery facility where it is carried out for recovery, in accordance with the regulations governing waste management; - processing of waste at the recovery facility (R1 recovery process referred to in Annex 2 to Waste Regulation).
