- The subject of the contract is to provide professional support and the preparation of the professional basis of justification from the environmental goals in accordance with Article 56 of the Water Act in the process of adopting DPN for HPP Suhadol, HPP Trbovlje and HPP Renke. It is necessary to carry out the procedure for determining the exception from the achievement of good water status, which includes the preparation of the documentation, which must be prepared in such procedures, in accordance with the General Guidelines of the Republic of Slovenia for Water and the Instructions of Non -Valuation of Environmental Objectives due to new physical changes . The scope of the contract also includes all the other necessary professional support for the implementation of the administrative procedure, which is concluded by adopting the Decree on Incoming a Good State for the Selected Water Body.
