- The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and upgrades of the register of certificates of the origin of the Republic of Slovenia for a period of four (4) years. The Register of Certificates of the Origin (Register POI) is a web application aimed at comprehensive management of source certificates. The certificates of origin are electronic records that represent evidence that a certain amount of electricity was produced in a particular production facility in the manner specified in the origin certificate. Borzen (Client) has the role of administrator of the application and is in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Promotion of Renewable Energy Sources (Official Gazette RS, No. 121/21, 189/21 and 121/22 - Zuokpoe; Shorter: ZSRove) in charge Providing the technical management and maintenance of the application. The application works at https: \\ vi.bozen.si.
