- The subject of the contract is the purchase of measuring instruments for FM / DVB-T / DAB signals, namely the purchase of a TV analyzer for measuring FM / DAB+ / DVB-T / DVB-T2 signals. Technical requirements The subject of the contract is a TV analyzer, which must fully meet the following technical requirements: TV analyzer 500 kHz up to 3 GHz with tracking generator; Input impedance 75 ohm; Processing of transport strings and decoding audio / video content; Measurement and analysis of the following signals: O FM Radio, O DAB / DAB+, O DVB-T2 and O DVB-T Frequency offset. MPEG content analysis and control; Demodulator for AM / FM / PM; Recording measurements while driving; Measurement log; Input shift; VXIPLUG & Play driver support for C#, C/C ++, Visual Basic .net and a set of commands that is compatible with R&S ETL; Calibrated.
