- The subject of the contract is "the rental of 2 electrical locomotives for a 24 -month period". A more detailed description of the subject of the contract and other technical requirements of the contracting authority are specified in the technical specifications - tender form no. 6: Technical requirements of the client for renting two electrical locomotives. The locomotives, which are the subject of the lease, must have valid approval for Slovenia and Austria. Locomotives must have valid operating permits for driving around Slovenia and Austria. Locomotives must be equipped for international passenger trains (UIC connection, energy cable, control of the EP brake on wagons). In accordance with the agreement on mutual cooperation for the provision of services during SŜ-Potnika Transport, d.o.o. And SŜ-Tovarni Transport, d.o.o., locomotives will exceptionally be used to drive freight trains. The offered towing vehicles must be produced after 2010. Locomotives should be ES64U4 (as species 541 in Slovenia, species 1216 in Austria) or Vectron (
