- The subject of the contract is to procure, implement, integrate and maintain an information system for managing EAM funds. The point of view of technological progress and the achievement of the target application architecture of the company requires the management and maintenance of the subscriber's assets to be consolidated into a unified, widespread and modern information solution. The new system will be able to use the subscriber in the long term and will have an appropriate chance of flexibility on the client's business specifications and integration with other subscriber systems. With the introduction of the EAM system, the contracting authority will consolidate some of the existing information solutions and provide an adequate standardized information solution that will enable the extension of the extent of the functionality of existing applications. The procedure includes the purchase of the information system in 2021 and the further two-year process (2022-2023) implementation and integration of the information system at to the subscriber, through the introduction and modeling of existing and new business processes.
