- The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project documentation - the IZN implementation plan (processed by the PZI) and obtaining all the necessary consent of the tanged opinion agents/consenters for the upgrading and overhanging of the high -water embankment on the right side of the Mura in the municipality of Razkrižje (OPVP Bistrica). Works will be carried out as maintenance work for the public benefit. The task of the designer is also to obtain all the necessary documentation, conditions, studies, studies and approvals in accordance with the regulations in the field of the subject of the contract, as well as evidence of the disposal of the land required for the construction of high -water embankments. The land is purchased in the name and for the account of the slides. The conditions and scope of work are defined in more detail by a confirmed project assignment: Production of project documentation IZN and obtaining approvals for the facility: upgrading and overhanging of high -water embankments in the municipality of Razkrižje, project number 1.5, dated 21 April 2022
