Description:
The subject of the public contract is the arrangement of public toilets on the ground floor of the existing religious building (chaplaincy), in accordance with the inventories and technical specifications, which are attached to the documentation related to the public contract.
In the part of the ground floor that will be remodeled, there is now a garage, a chicken coop and a small cornerhunting room with gas stove for heating the first floor. The women's and men's toilets, the toilet hall, a toilet for the disabled and a storage room will be newly built. The women's toilets will have 3 toilets and 3 sinks, the men's toilets will have 3 urinals, 1 toilet and 3 sinks, a toilet for the disabledtoilet bowl and sink and changing table. The existing gas stove will remain in the pantry, a new trocadero will be installed and a cupboard with cleaning products will be installed. For the needs of the sanitary facilities, it will be necessary to make new connections to the public electricity, water and sewage network. The new premises will be heatedwith the help of an air duct heat pump.
