(hereinafter: JP Voka Snaga doo) for the implementation of the measures laid down in the environmental permit for the operation of the landfill of non-hazardous waste Barje, the beneficiary Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, the Environmental Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, Vojkova 1b, 1000 Ljubljana in the amount of 12,931 .603,00 EUR. The contracting authority is obliged to provide an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee on the first call to the beneficiary, or provide the insurance policy. The bank guarantee or insurance policy will be issued by the guarantor for the period from 6 April 6, 2022 to 6. 4. 2023.
