The subject of the public procurement comprises intervention work and ongoing maintenance of housing, such as: smaller construction work, craft work (tensioner, ceramic, painting, carpentry, glass, roofing and plumber work) and installation work (plumbing, central, electricalstills). Residential units are 509 in different places around Slovenia. Most of the apartments, of which 303 units are in Ljubljana. The works and housing units are specified in the list of works and in the list of dwellings, which are an integral part of the documentation relating to the submission of this order.
