- The subject of the public contract is: execution of the Water Resolution Service on the Pool Velenje, KopoliΕ‘ka ulica 2, 3320 Velenje, winter (cover) swimming pool and swimming pool in the city playground in Velenje, in accordance with the Law on Protection against Utopeans (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 44 / 2000, 110/2002 - PGI-1, 26/2007, 9/2011), Rules on measures for protection against drownings at swimming pools (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 84/07, 22/13, 33/18, 47 / 19) and the rules on water rescuers (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 103/11, 96/20, 31/21) and other related works according to the contracting authority. The work is performed by two rescuers to shift, one on the covered pool and one in the city playground. The performance of the water rescue service takes place in the operating season of the Velenje pool, as a rule, every day from 8 am to 22.00, if necessary due to the increased range of the program. On the urban children's playground, work is performed by one rescuer from water, during the summer season, as a rule since May to October between 10 am and 20:00. The schedule is prepared by the subscriber. Period I
