- The subject of the public procurement is the execution of valuation services for the different purposes of the contracting authority (eg for the purpose of financial reporting, sales / purchase, real cartridge, business decisions, verification of valuation, etc.) according to the following sections: - Lot 1: Assessment of the value of enterprises, - Lot 2 : Evaluation of real estate values, - Lot 3: Evaluation of the value of machinery and equipment. The frame agreement for each set shall be concluded for the period from the date of application until 30.06.2026, except for the HSE subscriber, when the Framework Agreement enters into force with the expiry of the existing (valid) of the contracting authority, that is, on 04.11.2023. The driver will conclude a framework agreement after each set with all tenderers who will meet the tender conditions. For each set of service, the contracting authority will order the services that are the subject of a framework agreement concluded on the basis of this call, successive according to the needs for such services.
