- The subject of public procurement is the purchase and installation of laboratory equipment for research in the adding manufacture of metal materials. The equipment must be designed in such a way that by changing process parameters, we can influence the final mechanical properties of the product so that we influence the formation of its crystalline structure. The latter represents an unexplored area in the field of feed technologies and enables the breakthrough in the field of functionally enhanced materials. This allows electronic beam melting devices (Electron Beam Melting), which, for the purposes of this tender, allow open access to process settings and adjustments in terms of adding specific diagnostic equipment, such as thermising cameras, high-speed cameras, ultrasonic vibrators of the working surface and the like .
