Description:
The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply and installation of the state-of-the-art extremely high-level row-line electronic microscope (stem) with FEG with high lightness, with a monochrometer with an adjustable energy resolution range, for work at accelerating voltages in a wide range of 30 kev to 300 KEV, with a correction of the lens of the lens to A5 for the ultimate image resolution in STEM mode and with a high-profile EDS system. The microscope allows remote work. The equipment provides high-quality In-situ research due to a wide distance between the half shoes of the object lens in combination with fast detectors.
