- The subject of the public procurement is the upgrade of the existing FEI/Philips CM100/Tecnai scanning electron microscope with a unit for performing scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). A STEM unit must be technically and functionally fully compatible with the existing microscope and must enable its integrated operation as a single system. The unit must include: - electronics for controlling scanning lenses, - light and dark field detectors, - appropriate amplifiers and filters necessary for proper system operation.
