Description: The Ministry of Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as MZCI) as a subscriber establishes an electronic record of basic qualifications (ETKV), covering: - Expanding the central records of completed knowledge tests for obtaining basic qualifications of drivers, - Exchange of data on the basic qualifications of drivers, regular training with a record of driving licenses (RV) for the further obtaining of the card of driving qualifications, Enrollment of the European Union Code (95) on a driving license, -Integration with external systems (eg to obtain photographs of drivers and capture signature, ..),
- See and printing of certificates and certificates on the acquired basic qualification and regular training from the core qualifications records with the completed driver data,
- Attachment, ordering and service of driving qualification cards and integration with manufacturer of cards of basic qualifications,
