Description: The subscriber for carrying out the rehabilitation of degraded surfaces arising as a result of underground coal extraction requires materials, products of the appropriate quality. Materials must comply with technical and environmental requirements. In accordance with its annual and development plans, during a period of five years (August 2018 - December 2023), the contracting authority will need larger quantities of material. In view of the subject of the order due to the influence of external factors, the contract can not specify the quantity and types of materials, products it will need during this period. Similarly, the client can not predict the possibility of suitable materials of other investors.
