- The subject of the public procurement is the supply of the Central Wastewater treatment plant Ljubljana with the succession delivery of the iron trichloride solution and the acetic acid solution for a period of three years (hereinafter also: chemicals and/or goods), which is divided into the following sections:
1: Supply of iron trichloride (Fecl3) and
2: Delivery of acetic acid (CH3COOH).
The subject of the contract is described in detail in the tender documentation.
The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators, with individual orders, during the validity of the framework agreement for each set, submit with reopening competition between the signatories of the framework agreement, in accordance with the provisions b. points of the seventh (7th) paragraph of Article 48 of the PPL-3.
The Client will submit the first contract for each set of the subject of the contract on the basis of tenders received for a period of twelve (12) months, counted from the date of conclusion the framework agreement. After the expiry of the said period, the contracting authority will reopen the competition between the tenderers (in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement) and submit the order to the tenderer who will submit the most affordable tender.
The quantities of goods are indicative and depend on the actual needs of the client during the validity period the framework agreement.
