- With this public procurement, the Ministry of Infrastructure provides access to static travel data in non -format, recommended by the European Commission in the Delegated Regulation 2017/1926, which complements the 2010/40/EU EU of the European Parliament and the Council in relation to the "provision of multimodal travel provision information throughout the EU. " The Regulation provides for the necessary specifications to provide accurate, cross -border multimodal travel information throughout the EU offered to users of intelligent transport systems (ITS). In accordance with the Regulation, Slovenia has established a national access point that represents a uniform access point for at least static travel and traffic data and historical traffic data for different transport methods, including data updates (as specified in Annex I in Regulation) provided Authorities responsible for transport, carriers, infrastructure managers or service providers on the territory of the Member State concerned.
